Prohibited Conduct

Anonymous accusations or reports from people who never purchased or owned the vehicle
False or misleading statements
Retaliatory reports intended to harm a seller or buyer
Harassment, threats, or intimidation
Doxxing or sharing private personal information
Unsupported criminal accusations
Duplicate reports for the same vehicle and ownership period
Manipulated or falsified documents
Impersonation of another person or entity

Encouraged Conduct

Factual descriptions with exact dates and specific details
Photographs documenting condition at delivery
Invoices and repair estimates
Pre-purchase inspection reports
Fair acknowledgment of positive experiences
Updates after a problem is resolved
Corrections when new information becomes available
Seller credit when vehicles are accurately represented

Reports that violate these standards may be removed, flagged, or referred for review. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

Owner-Only Submission Policy

Bring a Bucket is designed for verified ownership experiences. Sellers and non-owners may not submit ownership reports or respond within ownership records.

If an issue is resolved, the verified owner may update the ownership record to reflect that resolution.

Bring a Bucket preserves the ownership history of a vehicle. It does not provide a forum for negotiation between buyers and sellers.

A verified ownership history platform
A place to document what happens after a vehicle changes hands
A resource for future buyers to understand the complete ownership story
A way for honest sellers to receive recognition for accurately representing their vehicles

A seller-rating or seller-review platform
A complaint board or forum
A place for anonymous accusations
A marketplace
Affiliated with any auction platform
